Dr. Omolara Euler-Ajayi

Dr. Omolara Euler-Ajayi is a highly respected educator, policy influencer, and Christian leader whose impact spans more than fifty years. Her work has shaped Nigeria’s educational landscape through teaching, national policy development, and programmes that have empowered women, youths, and families across the country.

She served in various leadership roles within the Federal Ministry of Education, where she coordinated major national education bodies and trained educators and university lecturers nationwide. As Principal of Queen’s College Lagos, she led the school to record breaking academic success, earning recognition as one of the best performing principals in the country.

Born in Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, to parents who were pioneers in ministry and education, she grew up surrounded by strong values of service, discipline, and community upliftment values that continue to define her life’s work.

Dr. Euler Ajayi is academically accomplished, holding multiple degrees and professional certifications: 
• PhD Coursework (Education) – University of Lagos
• Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) – University of Lagos
• Master of Education (M.Ed.) – University of Lagos
• Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) – University of Lagos

Today, Dr. Euler-Ajayi continues to teach, speak, mentor, and inspire, carrying forward her commitment to education, family development, and faith based leadership. Her life’s journey reflects a powerful blend of wisdom, service, and unwavering dedication to building strong, values-driven generations.
